Ready to Enter the World Of

Safah & Quazar?

For my lovers of: enemies to lovers, epic romantasy, with a cursed shadow prince, a defiant temple disciple and a temple full of secrets that will break them... if they don't break each other first, THIS IS FOR YOU.

"Readers, I am shooketh."

★★★★★ No one told me this would end on a cliffhanger, but end it does on a cliffhanger. I don’t even know how to begin processing what I just read. I’ve read all 6 books in the Wicked Prince collection, and this is the only one that has emotionally destroyed me and brought me to actual tears. The enemies to lovers storyline of our MCs was written well and developed organically. The side characters and found family and real family will pull at your heartstrings and leave you wanting more. The villain, the true villain, will blow your mind and I don’t know if I’ll ever be okay with it. The last 20%, but especially the last 10%, of the book had me flipping pages and thinking no f--- way and what the hell and just no so many times; the chokehold it had on me will not be leaving me anytime soon.I need the next book for this world ASAP, like yesterday. I just can’t.

After training her entire life to follow in the sacred footsteps of her matriarchs, Safah Anathelle is ready to prove herself worthy of the Temple’s highest path. The women of her bloodline are legends—devoted, exalted, and unmatched throughout the Empire. Now it’s her turn to rise.

But behind the Temple’s pristine gates, Safah finds no piety. Only cruelty. Devotion is demanded. Obedience is brutalized. And the sacred path she was taught to revere is soaked in blood. To break her into submission, she’s paired with Quazar Valoryen. Cold, lethal, and devastatingly handsome, the cursed prince will end her life if it means he’ll gain his freedom. He’s everything she was taught to hate—and the first to see through the mask of her flawless devotion.

As secrets unravel and blood stains the altar, Safah must choose: rise like the women who came before her… or be crushed beneath the Temple that made them.

I COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

How do you review about book without giving any spoilers?! It's like telling your best friend a good story with out the good bits! Well, I am going to try my best, because when I tell you WPoC, the first of what I hope is one of many in a series, is tea worthy! I need and will talk about it to anyone and I am ready to lose myself in this world built by Bwabwa. This FANTASY novel is a world of Angels and Fae, monsters and creatures, gods and goddesses, all who experience love, loss, betrayal, growth and revelations!
The FMC is a strong warrior who wants to follow the path of all her matriarchal ancestors and make them proud. She is on a journey of self discovery, love and redemption! In the first few chapters she is in a literal battle for her life to prove she deserves a "seat at the table". But from the onset you can see that she is no spoiled brat of idolized women, she is humble, kind, reverent and loyal. I was rooting for her on each page and loathing a male sub character by chapter 3. I did not think I was going to hate anyone more than him. Then author said "wait hold my cup!" - the twist completely killed me and I was sobbing like a baby. The MMC is everything you want in a book boyfriend, well I want, hehe. He was mysterious, silent, brooding looks, unyielding, a tease and possessive from the beginning even when he hated her. He gave loaded looks everytime her male bestie touched her. I kicked my feet! He has tattoos and smells delicious.

I was so impressed with the world build, back stories and the fact that the sub characters weren't just extras; they were apart of the story. The character development for all, except the jerk who must die, was top tier. As you continue to read and learn them, and root for them in their trials, and smile at their accomplishments and bravery, you feel drawn into their story as if you are there. This book is a must read!

A villain that you will fall in love with.

I enjoyed the back and forth between the characters and chemistry between them. I really enjoy the world the author built and would love to read more of it. Well-developed story line and characters. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention. Twists and unexpected turns keep you reading. The world building is detailed and imaginative. Detailed and well plotted storyline that keeps your attention throughout the book. This is one of my favorites of this series, but I’ll probably say that about each one of them.

Get your tissues and comfort snacks ready.

I was so upset at life for not allowing me to remain absorbed by this book from beginning to end without pause. The characters are complex, deep, and most do not meet initial expectations. I was crushed, emotionally broken and completely exhausted (in a good way) by this story. Get your tissues and comfort snacks ready. Also, make sure you have a stress ball for the parts that make you rage.

I couldn't put the book down.

Safah and Quazar are thrown together against their will. Bitter enemies now have to work together to get through the Ascension. Will they be able to put their differences aside and work together, or will their hatred for one another keep them from their goal? This book has so many amazing characters, with twists and turns, surprising plot twists and never ending danger and adventure.
It's been a long time since a story brought me to tears...but this one did. I got so emotionally invested in this book that I felt their thoughts and emotions. This book was so well written that I could visualize the world and people, which added another layer to my connection. You will love every word and every page!

This is a must-read!

This is not what I expected, in fact it is much better. This is one of those reads that suck you in and don’t let go until you get to the final page. There are many twists and turns and I didn’t expect the ending. I need to know what happens next!
